Steven J Vaughan Nichols had an article about it on zdnet.com and theregister.com had it, too. My jaw bounced when I read that this morning.

If it is like the last appeal (SCO v Novell), it will be a 3 judge panel, and they were not interested in Stuart Singer's (of BSF) line of argument at all. I would bet that the judges in this court might just talk to each other about previous appeals filed by a party, and will not suffer any smoke and mirrors this time, either. As I sat there watching the arguments take place, it was quite obvious the those judges were having none of SCO's, er, "stuff".

Bummer! I've been looking for a good reason for a road trip. Guess I'll just remain patient.

I have no management skills, but I would think that patents should be followed for sure.

Found out it was the Privacy Badger add-on for Firefox. Disabling it allowed the website to load properly. By experimenting with the various trackers it was blocking, I found that allowing: 1. storage.proboards.com and 2. s14268.storage.proboards.com both would allow the website to load properly. Disabling either would make the site load text only. Hmmmm........ wonder what those trackers are, and why Privacy Badger didn't like them. Problem reported to EFF through Privacy Badger's Report Broken Website option.

Wayne, do you still have the old woodland theme when you visit here? All I get is a pure text website.

If there is an appeal hearing in Denver, I will do my best to find a way to travel there, and attend if I can. Having done it once, I would dearly love to do it again, if I can find a way to swing it.
