We don't know, but this is a case we should attempt to follow closely. Being insane, I would suggest: 1) Calling the courts, and requesting information on the dates. 2) Requesting information on filings. 3) Telling the courts you wish to attend. 4) Telling the courts you wish to file Amici Things got this bad because no one was paying attention. If a couple of hundred people/organizations show interest, that puts pressure on the court system to open up. Of curse it will probably also get you checked out thoroughly. But it is the only way to make things happen. Note that when I was still working, and flying every month, I got called in for screening every time I flew through the United States. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Didn't get screened in Canada or China though. Wonder why? Wayne madhatter.ca

Nice wish list, Wayne. It's a secret court and the NSA/DOJ will claim "national security", "terrorism" and so on. This will get decided when the year has 3 in it and I'm not sure it's not the beginning.
