It seems to me that the first step is to get the dockets, and work at putting up the things we find there as text, so people can read them for themselves. If we can continue that work, even without the commentary, that would be a huge step in countering the misinformation that exists. Once we have that in place, getting people to offer up their opinions should be easy. The hard part is determining which opinion is truthful, and which is merely whitewash (or worse). That can be addressed later. The question right now, is: Who can/will get the dockets from Pacer? Will anyone raise their hand to do this small but important task? I am sure that we have missed several important changes in the cases, since we are not checking the dockets any more.

There were people involved with this for GrokLaw, so hopefully someone can share more info about the costs involved. 10 cents per search result could mean a lot if it's like doing a search on google. If that was capped to a reasonable cost, I wouldn't have a problem with checking it every evening. Or if someone who already has an account with them and did it for PJ, I would be more than willing to help in donations. Can anyone share experiences in regards to time/money involved? Is there a way to get a flat-rate option. I like simple.
