So, not content to deny Samsung's injunction, our own government goes a step further and more or less gives the injunction to Apple to throw back at Samsung...not cool, Court of Appeals...not cool at all.

And don't forget that this is the same Apple stated in court that they would deliberately continue to infringe Samsung's Patent(s) and that the White House approved of such actions [by vetoing a ban on an import of products that infringed the patent(s)].

Ah, but that assumes that the Samsung patents are valid - in my opinion they aren't. Nor are Apple's. These are some of the sorriest looking, garbage patents, I've ever seen. Wayne madhatter.ca

These are some of the sorriest looking, garbage patents, I've ever seen. Details? Please don't get me wrong. I fully expect that you're right and that the patents on BOTH sides are junk. But I'd like to be able to back that up in conversations with some of my more rabid software patent fans. And toward that end references are A Good Thing.
