Just want to remind some that Groklaw is in Library of Congress's Historic Internet Materials Collection. The articles was ... www.groklaw.net/article.php?story=20100406141939511&query=library+of+congressI don't know currently what level of preservation can be expected or what its timeliness is. But it may not make sense to devote effort to what is already being accomplished elsewhere. I took a quick look, but cannot confirm that Groklaw is yet in the LOC digital archives. There is a section for Legal Blawgs and I came across many others there, but no Groklaw. I could be blind or looking in the wrong place. It does happen. I have posted a question to Library of Congress - Digital Reference Section, concerning this. They say they generally respond within 5 business days. I will let you all know when I find something.

I am the same nsomos as from Groklaw. PJ had some privacy through the fact that there are a multiplicity of Pamela Joneses in the world. In my case there are so few Somoses that it is impossible for me to be effectively anonymous with my real name. In any case the email address I have posted on my Groklaw account visible to Groklaw account members logged in at www.groklaw.net/users.php?mode=profile&uid=8120is clearly related to the email address I used to register here. Indeed you could email that address and I would in time respond.
