Some specifics of your failed access, would be helpful so we could see if the issue still persists. Alternatively it could be just you. (Try from a different IP address for example)

Excellent news.
To the extent that what little was left in the dead husk of SCO had been totally milked dry by the bankruptcy process, there would be nothing for IBM to collect in damages that they might win.
Perhaps Darl might be ordered to spend some time standing in public with a sign hung from his neck, saying that he lied over and over again about these things. (Either that, or he is/was a complete idiot)
But that is about the most that IBM could ever hope for.
Thanks to those who continue to monitor such things and report back to us.

From the Wired article ..
"Microsoft says it needs to wield this kind of extreme power to keep the internet safe. It’s part of determined attitude towards security that has pervaded the software giant since its Windows operating systems were attacked by a series of malicious internet worms more than a decade ago—an attitude that, in some respects, the company should be commended for. It has helped make the internet a better place. "
I will not commend a company for taking action, when the problem is for the most part a result of their own doing. (or lack thereof)
The internet would be a much better place, if there were no Microsoft!

It would be really great if this article showed up on a Groklaw newspick. To me that would confirm that it really was email from PJ that sjvn is quoting from.
I read the comments on that article and was amused at how much MS fanbois are out in force. It also seems there are those who never miss a chance to disparage PJ.
